By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product/service on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Any purchase of typographic, photographic/visual content, any printing is the responsibility of the customer. The domain name is the responsibility of the customer. Each project includes a brief meeting, a presentation meeting and two correction round trips. Beyond that, a new quote will be sent to you. Transfer of reproduction rights and representation rights over a period of 5 years for digital and printed distribution limited to 5000 copies in a worldwide geographical area. Each invoice has to be paid within six months after the issue of the first project invoice.
Orders of product are processed promptly within 2-3 business days of your order. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout. Orders of services are processed within agreed timeline.
BOKCHOY Studio accepts payments by credit cards and bank transfer. Please be sure to provide your exact billing, shipping, and email address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
In all cases, the customer bears all money transfer fees and transfer costs including exchange rate.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card and PayPal in € or AED of the country the product is delivered to. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules .
All orders are shipped from France. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. BOKCHOY Studio is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery errors due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
We offer shipping internationally if requested, however we are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. We do our best to ship your goods out as quickly as we can, but please let us know if your order is required within a specific time frame.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods/services without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of three working days, beginning on the day of the invoice If you are in possession of any goods you are under a duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. For any services a fee of 2000 AED will be invoiced. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We accept returns of unused and unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order information, and we will contact you within four business days with further instructions on how to complete your return. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
